One point of contact, start to finish.

No need to run a tender, compare bids and chase several parties in parallel. You hand over the drawing and have one person to talk to, from the first question to the delivered part.

What we do
Read your drawing package, come back with price and lead time, negotiate, follow up and deliver.
What you get
One agreement, one contact, one invoice, instead of five parallel conversations.
Responsibility
GVEXA. If a part comes back wrong, we raise the claim and get it rerun, not you.
Response time
Price and lead time within 24 hours of receiving your drawing.
Volume
Prototype and one-offs through to series production.

Four steps from drawing to delivery.

The only step you have to take is the first one.

  1. 01

    You send the drawing

PDF, STEP, DWG, DXF or IGES, plus the quantity and when you need it. If something is missing from the package we come back the same day rather than guess.

  2. 02

    We review the drawing

Your enquiry is read by a person, not by a ticketing system. Six years in the automotive and plastics industries sit behind the assessment of geometry, material and volume.

  3. 03

You get price and lead time within 24 hours

One price and one lead time, in a single reply. No interpreting quotes from several suppliers and holding the dialogue together between them.

  4. 04

We carry the responsibility to the end

Material, machining, follow-up and delivery. If something goes wrong we raise the claim and get it rerun. You have one agreement, one contact and one invoice.

Two ways to use GVEXA.

What you want to know before sending the file.

Which file formats can I send?
Send the drawing as PDF, STEP or STP, DWG, DXF or IGES. A dimensioned PDF is enough to get started, but a 3D file gives a faster and more accurate price because the geometry then does not have to be interpreted. If you have both, send both. If you are unsure, send what you have.
How quickly do I get price and lead time?
Within 24 hours of the drawing arriving you get price and lead time. If anything is unclear in the package we come back the same day rather than guess. If it is urgent, call +46 70 479 75 03 directly and the enquiry gets prioritised.
Can I order a single part, or is a series required?
Either. GVEXA sources everything from one-offs and prototypes to running series. Volume affects the price per part considerably, but it does not decide whether we take the job. If you need a prototype first and a series later, it is the same contact and the same drawing package throughout.
What affects the price of a machined part?
Five things dominate: material choice, quantity, the complexity of the geometry, tolerance requirements and surface finish. Tight tolerances and narrow internal corners cost more than they look like they should. If you tell us what the part has to do, we can sometimes suggest a change that lowers the price without affecting the function.
Who carries out the actual machining?
The machining is carried out by one of the workshops GVEXA works with, chosen for what your particular part requires in geometry, material and volume. GVEXA is responsible for the whole delivery to you: price, quality, lead time and follow-up. You have one agreement, one contact and one invoice regardless of who runs the job.
